Pairs well with Grilled marron with lemon and dill butter.

GST) A nose of lime leaf, lemon verbena with the slightest hint of characteristic Riesling petrol notes in its youth, which will develop into patina over aging time.The crisp acidity of the palate lends an austere focus to the attack. While the linear character carries the palate to long length, fresh fruit, honeyed notes and lees texture add a moorish complexity. Pairs well with BBQ Shark bay tiger prawns with grilled zucchini and herbs.
  • $16.80 per bottle (ex. GST) This Rosé contains Shiraz, with a touch of Muscat a petit grains rouge. Enticing aromas of strawberries, musk sticks and rose petals. The palate is succulent with fresh juicy wild berries and fruits of the forest these are accentuated with a baking spice note. The lovely crisp and dry finish retains the vinosity and character of the red varieties used in the blend. Pairs well with Grilled Marron with lime and herb butter atop a fennel salad.

GST) We strive to source fruit across the whole Margaret River region, with the northern fruit offering intense tropical characters while the southern picks add refined focus and length to the final blend. Our Sauvignon Blanc usually comes into the winery first at the peak of its freshness, with aromas ranging from cassis bud to guava coulis. Meanwhile, our Semillon is allowed to ripen longer and develop highly textural characters typical of the variety, evoking lemon granita, fresh ripe fig and crushed peppercorn.

GST) The nose is first spicy- cracked peppercorn, juniper, allspice berry- and intensely fruity with notes of red liquorice and cherry, a mix of delicate blue fruit and ripe forest fruit. The palate attack is juicy and intensely fruity. The red fruit acidity leads into a savoury palate of blood orange, English marmalade. A serious backbone of black but fine silky tannins and toasted oak leads to the long vanilla caramel finish. Pairs well with simply seasoned grilled beef and some charred vegetables, finished with a warm chocolate fondant to round out a perfect meal.
