How to prepare:
Ingredients: 400g of mallow – 1/2 spoon of salt – 3 spoons of coriander – 10 cloves of garlic – 400g of minced meat or chicken
Method (Remember to wash the mallow before using):
Add 400g of Mallow in a bowl of hot water and keep the temperature of the water at 50’C for half an hour, then drain it completely, fry it with vegetable oil with meat or chicken, add salt and let it sit for 5 minutes. Finally, add garlic and coriander, stir it for 5 minutes. Put the delicious mallow in a dish and enjoy with your family.
