The flagship Gin made with the first recipe ever assembled. Tried and tested on the students at the Distillation course in Adelaide, it won Distiller’s choice award. Made with a delicate backbone of local mandarins, juniper, coriander, angelica root, oris root, fresh ginger and a few spices. This is a Triple Distilled Gin with the last distillation having whole fresh mandarins in the boiler with some double strength juniper spirit.
