The Willespie Old School Chardonnay is a blend of two separate fruit parcels from our unirrigated Wilyabrup vineyard. The fruit was handpicked and pressed straight to French oak barriques where it was allowed to ferment naturally resulting in a Chardonnay rich in depth and complexity. This wine displays notes of melon, pear and guava with a textured mouth feel and a hint of salinity. To be enjoyed now or in the years to come.
